Policies

Cancellations: If you must cancel, a 48 hour notice is required. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. Cancellations/reschedules day of will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Late Policy: I allow a grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment time, your appointment will be rescheduled. In order to get rescheduled, a late/reschedule fee must be paid. If you do not wish to be rescheduled, you will be considered & charged as a No-Show.

No Shows: If you no-show (make an appointment & fail to cancel nor show up), you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service amount.

Refunds: There are no refunds available. At your appointment, we will have a very thorough consultation to discuss your desired end goal, financial investment, aftercare & everything in-between. If you are unhappy with your result, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment & we will discuss a game plan.
